Application forms can be obtained from Union Bank of India branch where account is maintained.
➥ Cards are issued to customers and also to Non-customers on selective basis.
➥ Primary card holder should be in the age bracket of 21 years to 65 years.
➥ Add-on card holder should be 18 years and above.
➥ Income Eligibility is Rs 4.80 lacs per Annum.

➥ Cards are also issued against lien on Deposit with 25% margin without insisting for Income Proof & Scoring Model.

The Bank reserves the right to approve or decline applications for Credit Card.
Customer having Fixed Deposit in Union Bank can apply for UBI credit card and 75% of the deposit amount will be sanctioned as card limit and lien will be marked on the deposit.The customers who availed housing loan above 10 lakhs and are in performing status with Union Bank of India can apply through their loan account branch.

There is no single basis for assigning credit limit. There are various parameters on the basis of which credit limit is decided by the Bank at its sole discretion.

Up on receipt of the card the card holder can request for card activation through various methods namely,

The card holder can start using the card up on receipt of successful activation SMS from the bank.

➥ Alternatively the card holder may also send SMS from registered mobile to 7836884400 as (ATMOTPRQ XXXX where XXXX denotes last four digit of the card number). The card holder will receive an OTP and using the OTP the PIN can be generated by visiting any nearby Union Bank of India ATM's.

In case any query regarding credit card payments made by the card holder not reflecting in the card account the card holder can send mail to ccdbilling@unionbankofindia.bank with valid proof of payment.
The card holder should approach the account maintained branch and submit the request in the prescribed format available in the branch.
The card holder has to send the request letter along with valid address proof through post to credit card division (address printed on the rear side of the credit card) or by sending mail to ccdhelpdesk@unionbankofindia.bank through his registered mail id only by attaching the scanned copies of request letter and valid address proof.
The card holder can place a request for enhancement of card limit based on the income criteria and up on submission of valid Income proof to justify enhancement. The enhancement of the limit is at the sole discretion of the bank.
All of our credit cards are internationally valid. However as per RBI guideline the credit cards will be restricted to domestic usage by default. The card holder can enable / disable international usage through our credit card portal / credit card mobile app.

The card holder can also enable / disable the international flag through our Union Bank of India mobile banking app if the card holder is also an account holder of Union Bank of India and registered for mobile banking facility.
The card holder should mention only his customer ID instead of card number to avoid exposure of critical data through mail during any correspondence. The customer ID is mentioned in the monthly credit card bills and it can also be obtained by sending SMS to 7836884400 as (GETCUSID XXXX where XXXX denotes last four digit of the card number) from the registered mobile number only.
